We love checking out your fab examples of PTA summer fairs and FUNdraising ideas, so we can share them with our audience of school PTA volunteers to inspire them.

Here are some of the great fun-tastic stalls and event themes we have been seeing. Make sure you send in your pics or tweet us so we can include you in Part Deux!
PTA Summer Fairs: Parent Contributions
Here's a good idea! Eltham College PTA gave everyone a chance to have a clear-out and contribute some mystery boxes to raise money at the fair and delight some lucky kids:
Mandeville PTA in St Albans ask for 'Jazzy jar' contributions from families, to help them up their profits. Aren't they colourful?
Highcliffe PTA asked parents for bric-a-brac donations to sell at the fair, including toys, games, puzzles, books, DVDs, CDs, cuddly toys, kitchenware and other household items. Another great opportunity to pass on pre-loved items to other families.
And don't forget the baked goods! Gullane PTA didn't.
PTA Summer Fairs: raffles and tombolas
Friends of Goodrich made a fab eye-catching sign to promote their raffle, plus a cute gif for social media. Check out all the amazing raffle prizes they managed to secure!
PTA Summer Fairs: recruiting volunteers
Challock Primary invited parents to come to the school reception to sign up for a volunteer slot at the fair - saves them scouring the playground for somebody with a clipboard! (Or... even easier - you could just use PlanSocial for free to let people pick a rota slot online!)
PTA Summer Fairs: Bringing in external Services
Looks like families at Kirk Ella Primary in St Andrews were lucky with the weather! They hired in inflatables for some bouncy fun! Have you thought about doing this too?
Don't worry -- no fire, but this fire engine caused a spectacle at Beechfield PTA's summer fayre! Fun for the kids, and a chance to meet some bona fide heroes!

PTA Summer Fairs: Fundraising
A quick and easy way to raise a bit of dosh is to charge adults a small fee on the door, like St Ninians PTA (nice poster BTW!). Something to consider?
PTA Summer Fairs: Activities
How about putting on a Tug-of-War like Hallfield School?
Cumnor House had lots of fun things to do, including face-painting, henna and donkey rides.
